Hi
2 community food maps

1 is the one I did on community food growing - pulling in all the ones I know about and that are in the HC Growing Our Future document

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/d/u/0/vie ... p=sharing - UPDATED on 6 Feb to include all ventures from the HC list

And this is the one from Michael Sutherland of Cfine mapping out all the food larders etc

Hi, had a look at these, plenty to come back to. I wonder if we can have a mail out (email) to all groups once we have a comprehensive list. This would be a way of seeing what is still running. A common problem I have found in the past is following links only to find they no longer exist or are incredibly out of date. Contacting each group is something I would be happy to help do. I also suggest a standard attachment letter that would state who we are, what we hope to achieve and some basic starter information about the HGF Community food group (or whatever we call it).
Then a follow up to look at where groups are now, what they wish to share, be involved in. I have some more detailed nots that can be discussed at some point, probably after Monday. Fuggo

Hiya Fuggo
Yes indeed, lists do get out of date.
These are all current either drawn from my own knowledge + planet sutherland connections or from the HC Food doc & the cfine one is new and current - active work right now.
Will reply in Josie's doc re comments on survey / emails etc. cheers, anna

@Anna, thanks very much for sharing those here.

@Fuggo, I love your suggestion of following up with groups via a standard message and making sure maps are kept up-to-date. I know what you mean about dead or dormant links.
